When will new items be available on the website?
We appreciate your interest in our products at Hope-A-Lope Designs! We are always creating new artwork and making new products. Please continue to check out our website for new stock or follow us on Instagram at hopealopedesigns.
Will you restock items that have sold out?
Some designs and products are personal favorites that will be available on our website for an extended period of time. Other items are limited edition and only available for a short time. If there’s something you have your eye on, there’s no guarantee that it will be restocked in the future. As our dear Grandma Cathy always says, “If you see it and you want it, buy it!” because you don’t know if it will be there tomorrow.
When will I receive my order?
We will make every effort to fulfill orders promptly when they come in. Most orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive if you are in the US, and 4-6+ weeks for international orders. If your order has a significant delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you! Please email hopealopedesigns@gmail.com for any issues.
Can I track my order?
You will be able to track your order if you opted for tracked shipping during your checkout process. Unfortunately, if you did not, or there is not tracking available for your purchase, we will not be able to provide tracking information. We do not provide tracking for sticker envelopes in order keep the price of shipping small packages as low as possible.
What if there’s something missing from my order?
If there’s something you’ve purchased that is missing from your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to fix it! Please email hopealopedesigns@gmail.com for any issues.
Where does the name Swagify come in?
Hope-A-Lope Designs is run by Swagify in Los Angeles, California. Swagify was originally started as a company that made customizable stickers and magnets. Swagify now features the products of our brand Hope-A-Lope Designs that you see on this website.
