Refund Policy
What if I need help with my order?
Thanks for your purchase from Hope-A-Lope Designs! We are a small business that creates customized products featuring original artwork. Since orders are fulfilled on-demand, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges for mistakes outside of our control. For example, this includes if you selected the wrong item; you ordered the wrong size, color, etc.; or if you simply changed your mind.

We will issue refunds for items that arrived damaged, have a manufacturing error, or if you received something different than you ordered. To request a return or exchange, email us at hopealopedesigns@gmail.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. We will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. All requests for refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of the purchase.

Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an e-mail with details about your order after your order is placed, and if there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us to make a change.​
Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return window. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds or exchanges are only available for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following conditions:

Items that show any signs of use

Packaged products that have been opened

Any item not in its original condition, including damage or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Important Instructions for Processing Refunds or Exchanges
Refunds
If you received an item that was damaged or not what you ordered, please send us a note with a picture of the item to hopealopedesigns@gmail.com. In the email, please included your order number and let us know if you are requesting an exchange or refund. Once your email and picture are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then we will either (1) submit a request to send you a replacement item or (2) process a refund, in which a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to up to 24 business days, depending on the payment method.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at hopealopedesigns@gmail.com so we will help you with your exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow these steps:
(1) Check your bank account again.
(2) Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
(3) Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hopealopedesigns@gmail.com.

Missing Shipments
If the package with your order was shipped but never delivered, please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim. There are often time limits for filing a claim so please act quickly.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
