Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hope-A-Lope Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you paid for tracking of your package, we will also email you all relevant tracking numbers, which should be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hope-A-Lope Designs (aka Swagify) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Hope-A-Lope Designs (aka Swagify) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy

Prices are shown in US Dollars. For Conversion, please use a currency converter.

Additional processing time (approximately 3-5 days) may be required for international orders.

We may not be able to ship to every country. If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you and refund your full order.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customers clearance fees, etc. Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these costs as they vary country to country.

If a return is requested (only granted under specific and limited circumstances), the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipment cost. For refunds, we will not be able to offer refunds on international shipping costs. For more information, please see our refunds and returns policy.
Special Notice about International Shipping
We currently can only ship stickers to countries out of the United States, but we will soon have the capability to send our blankets and puzzles to other countries as well. If you are interested in products other than stickers and require international shipping, please contact us at hopealopedesigns@gmail.com.
